The form below offers a search engine that accepts as targets phrases as well as single words. Like some other search engines, when given a phrase it will return one or more hits that contain that phrase, but it will also return hits that contain only one or more words from the phrase. If it finds no hits containing the complete phrase, it will still return hits containing one or more words from the phrase.
Although you can search for a phrase by simply entering the phrase, a more selective way to do it may be to search exclusively for each word in the phrase. For example, the search string '+cut +mustard +excerpt' will return only one hit, the FAQ excerpt that discusses 'cut the mustard'.
