Points were awarded as follows:
For posting the first correct answer to a Toughie question One Touabire 20 points
For posting the first correct answer to a regular question One Cormo 10 points
For the time elapsed between posting of a regular question (or clarification of same) and posting the first correct answer One Herdwick per hour (first day) or per two hours (second day), etc 1 point per Herdwick
For special contributions to the competition, and whenever The Panel felt like it One or more Katahdins 5 points per Katahdin
